Hezbollah secretary-general Sayyed Hasan Nasrallah checked on Iran’s leader Ayatollah Khamenei’s health expressing satisfaction on His quick recovery after undergoing surgery.
According to Ayatollah Khamenei office, Sayyed Hasan Nasrallah held a telephone conversation and was briefed on His health. He prayed to Almighty God to grant him a speedy recovery.
“There is nothing to worry about,” the Ayatollah Khamenei said in a brief interview recorded before he entered hospital and aired on state television after his treatment was made known. “This does not mean that prayers are not welcome… but it is a normal operation.”
Ayatollah Khamenei underwent a successful prostate surgery at a Tehran hospital Monday morning.
