Zaman El-Wazni, Head of the Processions Department states that the Secretariat General of the Imam Hussein and El-Abbas Holy Shrines aim to provide the necessary services to ensure the comfort of the pilgrims during the El-Arba'een Pilgrimage. For this reason, a comprehensive plan was developed for the arrival and departure of pilgrims.



Additionally, the military forces planned to spread out around and throughout the city to provide a safe atmosphere for the processions and pilgrims. For this reason, the security forces will begin to place road blocks and allocate special vehicles to transport the pilgrims.
