From Mashhad to Kazemein

On the Pretext of Showing the Sacred Boxes of Kazemein Imams (A.S.) Holy Shrine at Astan Quds Razavis Center of Exhibitions;

When you enter the hall, there are two boxes placed near each other. The designs and plans on these boxes are so eye caching and attractive that it is difficult to believe that the place is part of an exhibition. Each box is 3 meters and 60 centimeters long, 1 meter and 63 centimeters wide, and 1 meter and 74 centimeters deep.

Whoever comes to this section of "Astan Quds Razavi's Center of Exhibitions and Conferences" reminds some memories of his pilgrimage time in Kazemein. A woman says: "How enjoyable Kazemein's pilgrimage is. Kazemein's nights are similar to nowhere else" and as soon as she arrives her eyes goes toward the boxes. She observes the sun-like shapes, definitely. She finds the heptagon sun-like shapes on the boxes belonging to Imam Kazem (A.S.) and also the quadrilateral sun-like shapes webbed in it which reminds the 14 Imams (Masums) to whom every pilgrim in every sacred place implores.

The woman says: If you travel to Kazemein, you'll see that a silver chamber has surrounded the two Imams' (A.S.) graves with two boxes. Passing the south porch, you will achieve the first portico and after that inside the shrine Imam Musa ibn-i Jaffar's (A.S.) grave shows and behind him Hazrat Javad's (A.S.) grave is located.

On the other side Imam Javad's (A.S.) box is located. The design and the shape of this box's suns are somehow different from the other box. A dodecagon sun as the reminiscent of 12 Imams (A.S.) and a nonagon sun representing the 9th Imam (A.S.) of Shi'a People, Hazrat Javad (A.S.).

Every one centimeter of the seals (khatam) is comprised of 180 equilateral and isosceles triangles which can all be counted and form a flower of a seal. Every box includes 39 million and 600 thousand small pieces of bones, woods, and brass. Around the box a node of eight and four exists which is one of the designs of the doors. This design is located at the bottom of Imam's (A.S.) feet and it can be passed on at the time of cleaning the Holy Shrine. The upper parts of this frame is decorated with God's and Imams' (A.S.) names.

How much the hands, which created these boxes, have sank into the passion of a divine love? What kind of journey did the designer of these plans and suns have during the consecutive six month of production? And how many times the administers of this project were tempted to go to Kazemein?

Between Imam Musa Kazem (A.S.) and Imam Javad, there is a sacred name who is in our neiborings. Here, holy city of Mashhad, where these boxes have been produced in and are ready to be sent to Kazemein. How beautiful this happening is! the boxes of Imam Kazem (A.S.) and Imam Javad (A.S.) were unveiled on the birthday of Imam Kazem (A.S.).

Deputy of reconstruction headquarter of Holy Shrines, governer general of the Khurasan Razavi province, deputy of Holy Astan of Kazemein's custodian, directing manager of cultural heritage, handicrafts, and tourism organization of the province, and the authorities of Astan Quds Razavi attended at the unveiling ceremony of these sacred boxes near Imam Reza (A.S.).

The boxes are still standing but they will be sent to Kazemein on Dey, the 10th . The person in charge of the exhibition explains this for the woman and she, having regret, looks at the boxes and says: "I wish I could see them once more in Kazemein".
